  • Processing is based, depending on the case, on your consent, on the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures, or on our legitimate interest in organising and promoting the event.

Recipients and Processors

  • Your data may be processed by our technical service providers, in particular Wix (website hosting and management), Google (visitor statistics) and Meta (campaign measurement). These providers act solely on our instructions.

Transfer of Data Abroad

  • Some service providers host data outside Switzerland and the European Union. Such transfers are carried out on the basis of appropriate safeguards, in accordance with the FADP and the GDPR.

Retention Period

  • Your data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes described, then deleted or anonymised.
