For visitors coming from
Valais or Montreux: 

Take the GoldenPass Belle Epoque towards Montbovon. At Montbovon, transfer to a train heading to Gruyères. Enjoy a scenic journey while heading to the market. 

For visitors coming from
Lausanne or Fribourg: 

Take a train heading to Bulle. and change to a regional train to Gruyères, Gare. You can then take bus 260 towards Gruyères-Ville, or walk (approximately 15 minutes). 

By Car

Gruyères has three paid parking areas at the town entrance. Due to high traffic, parking by car is not recommended. If you choose to drive, please follow the directions of the Securitas security staff who will guide you to more distant parking areas. A shuttle service is available to facilitate your arrival.

By Coach/Bus: 

Coaches can drop off visitors at Parking P1, located at the entrance of the town.
